The daily rate above does not include medical care unrelated to chronic diagnostic conditions for which the patient is admitted, medical care or testing for neurological disorders, family hotel costs during family program, massages, haircuts/manicures, dentist appointments, medications not included in the formulary, bookstore purchases, personal purchases/snacks on outings, or drink machine products.

The Sweetwater Program is scheduled to open on Monday, March 16, 2009. The 2009 rates will be as follows:

Initial Admission Fee (Psychiatric and Medical)	$2,500
Daily Rate	$400
Monthly Activity Fee	$200
