Cottonwood de Tucson opened the female adolescent program in January 2001. Our focus is on the specific needs of young women in today's society. The philosophy of our dually diagnosed program is to support development of self-esteem, healthy body image, identity and ability to make positive choices. If coexisting substance abuse issues are present, they are treated based on the concept of the 12-step model.
